Postosuchus from Schleich Dinosaurs.
The figure’s mouth can be opened and closed.
Postosuchus was an arkosaur and thus a close relative of today’s crocodiles. He had prominent bone plates embedded in the skin and a long, narrow nose. Most of the time he moved forward on four legs, but sometimes he stood on his hind legs to hold on to his prey with his claws. When the postosuchus from Schleich® Dinosaurs opens its powerful, moving jaw, you can see its sharp, dagger-like teeth. The postosuchus was named after its site, the city of Post in the US state of Texas.
Dimensions: about 18 cm long and 5.5 cm high.
- Not recommended for children under 3 years.
